Personal Insolvency
We can assist with personal bankruptcy and proposals for individual voluntary arrangements, and have extensive experience in negotiating with creditors, trustees in bankruptcy and the Insolvency Service.
Company Insolvency
Where businesses are struggling financially we will:
- Undertake a full financial review
- Suggest potential trading out options, including factoring and restructuring of debt, cost reduction, improvements to sales methods
- Renegotiate payment terms with creditors
Where these options are not available we will assist the directors in choosing one of the following insolvency routes:
- Company Voluntary Arrangement (CVA)
- Creditors Voluntary Liquidation (CVL)
- Administration
